I want to schedule a delivery, what do I need to do?

To place a delivery, simply order your selected materials over the phone or via email. We'll need your name, complete address, phone number, email, desired delivery date, the product and quantity you need, your payment method, and any specific delivery instructions for drop-off.

How do I pay for my delivery?

We accept card payments over the phone or checks upon delivery.

What is your delivery schedule?

Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday on a first-come, first-served basis. We deliver between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. For our current delivery availability, please call us at 518-384-0086.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes, we do! Saturday deliveries are also on a first-come, first-served basis. For availability, give us a call at 518-384-0086.

Can the truck dump the bulk materials anywhere in my yard?

Due to the combined weight of the truck and bulk materials, delivery is typically made on your driveway for safety reasons. Driving over grass or freshly paved areas may be possible but is at the discretion of the driver, based on their judgment of the conditions and potential for damage. If delivery is requested in an area other than the driveway, a waiver of delivery damages must be signed by the customer. We prioritize the safety of your property and our equipment, so while we aim to accommodate your preferred delivery location, we cannot guarantee it will be feasible.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

You don’t need to be home for the delivery since we can’t provide specific delivery times. Please leave a clear marker at the front of your property, such as chalk, an “X” in duct tape, a tarp, a cone, or an upside-down trash can with a sign. This helps our driver easily locate the drop-off spot.

Why can’t I get a specific delivery time?

There are several factors beyond our control that can affect delivery times, making it difficult to provide an exact window. Our management team creates the delivery schedule on the morning of delivery day and may need to rearrange it due to product types, delivery volumes, traffic, accidents, mechanical issues, driver availability, and weather conditions. This flexibility helps us handle these challenges as they arise.

How much bulk material do I need?

We recommend using our bulk materials calculator on this page to find out how much you need. Measure the length and width, or the diameter, of the area. For irregularly shaped areas, break them into rough rectangles and circles, calculate the material needed for each section, and then add them up. Generally, 1 yard of material covers about 100 square feet at a 3-inch thickness.

What is your minimum for delivery ?

Our minimum delivery amount for any product is 2 yards.

What is the maximum you can deliver?

While we do not have a set maximum delivery amount, each of our trucks has a capacity limit of 5 yards. Please note that orders exceeding 5 yards will require multiple trips, and each extra trip will incur an additional delivery fee.

Can I pick up bulk materials in my own vehicle?

Yes, you can! Just ensure you have an open-bed pickup truck or a trailer with sides.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Yes! If you need to revise the delivery date, address, quantity, or product, please give us a call at 518-384-0086. All changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
